The best description I can think of is that the right hand has no idea, nor much cares to know, what the left hand is doing. They claim to be a champion of the "elders" and, yet, the activities are pathetic, have no excitement to them, and, as to the claims of enriching them with individualized interests? Completely bogus. No different than any other run of the mill, or worse, Nursing Facility. Extremely disappointing.
