Three stars only because of therapy staff. Therapy staff is always helpful and continues to be available and very positive.
One star or no stars for all other areas including answering call lights when patients have to be helped to the bathroom or be turned in the evening. Also the lift is not being hooked up properly to support the patient being lifted.
CNA staff is always late in getting call lights answered and find them all standing around talking, laughing and doing nothing when call lights/signals are on.
