Our mom was just at Orchard Park Health Care September 2011. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was receptive, and so kind and caring during what could have been a difficult time. They rpovided all of her transportation needs, sent therapy to her appointments to give updates to her doctor. We had conferences to discuss her care. We knew what was going all the time with our Mom. The building was clean and beautiful. There were times we would have to wait a little while at meals. But the food was good so it made up the difference. Beth their administrator is a true gem. Our mom is now going to their outpatient therapy as well. She is getting what she needs from all aspects. They even offer to pick her up for her outpatient when we aren't around to help. Thank you Orchard Park for all you do.
