My mom just left Orchard Park. It was the worst experience we have ever gone through but we were dictated by insurance to go here. The staffing was deplorable at best. Several times my mom waited over an hour for her call light to be answered… Full Review

My mother is currently here post stroke. She has some aphasia but no comprehension issues. She has been continually lied to and then made to think she didn't hear what she indeed did hear. She was asked to say the alphabet "backwards fast… Full Review

Our mom was just at Orchard Park Health Care September 2011. We had a wonderful experience. The staff was receptive, and so kind and caring during what could have been a difficult time. They rpovided all of her transportation needs, sent therapy… Full Review

Family member was in for rehab after hip surgery in 2009. Some of the nurses were unprofessional and agrumentative. Terrible nursing care. Failed to recognize symptoms of life threating infection. Waited 9 hours to transport to hospital… Full Review
