They can't handle patients who are a fall risk. You have to pay for a sitter and then they won't let the CNA you've hired provide any services.
If you call to check on a patient it's very difficult to get anyone on answer the phone. The status given when finally getting a call back was "he's doing better" which was absolutely not the case. A nurse later in the night hung up on me. It's frightening to have a loved one stay at PowerBack. .
