Compared Centennial to other nursing homes similar to staffing, size, number of beds etc., and found Centennial staff more active with residents… Other facilities I looked at kept residents in their room more often as where Centennial keeps their residents more active and has more room in the common area… Centennial has more going on in the facility and allows the residents more room in their large dining areas…
