I have been going into Centennial Healthcare lately since my parent is there… Of late, they have been short on nurses' aides… I have been told by one nurses aide they are missing 10 nurse's aides. This person told me they all quit but I do not see any new nurses' aides taking their places… One resident told me they are asked to keep quiet and not say anything to state… Each time I go now, there are no nurses aides on one side of the building… I wonder if they realize how bad this looks and that my parent now may not get the treatment they deserve… I hope they can get it together SOON!!!!!!!!
