visited my father last December. Found him without oxygen tank. He has COPD and Oxygen IS PERSCRIBED. Received no explaination from Staff. Next time I visited they were assaulting him when I drove up. Found out later they had called the police a few minutes BEFORE I got there saying I was trying to take him from the facility and it was ongoing at the time they called, BEFORE I HAD EVEN ARRIVED.
I found out that this is because they are covering up that my father has not been receiving his medication and one nurse gave him the wrong medication.
Now he has his Oxygen and medication. But since I have left Colorado again, he has deteriorated AGAIN.
Most of the residents at this facility have the same Guardian, Patricia Ayers.
Be very cautious of this facility and Patricia Ayers.
