This facility has terrible sanitary control over their residents attending dining facility. Attendents walk at their own leasure during dining with disruptions to those who are eating. Aids handle attendents w/ insanitary conditions and then feed the handicap without washing hands. Management give false charges to medicare filings. Our family parent resident was charged for speech therapy that was unknown to the family and not authorized for services, unneeded nor disclosed until we removed her from the Center. They deny any wrong doings to add on charges not given. When asked of record to charges, they could not show.
