My relative was allowed to get a bed sore despite our asking the staff to help turn him… and this eventually led to his death because he could not do his PT.
Although I do think the staff on the whole is good, somehow the directions to that staff are lacking.

seriously, they juust don't care, and this is proof of that
medicre/medicaide shpuld deny funding. maye then czring would start.
care would be bettert if aides left cell phones at home or in the car
