Father found regularly dirty and smelly. Hair greasy and uncombed. Administration unable or unwilling to answer billing questions about errors. Safety issues with father found outside wandering down street.… Full Review

I want to thank the staff of Life Care Center of Vista for the excellent care I have received while a patient there. They should all be commended on the high level of quality care they provide. Nobody ever wants to move to a nursing home… Full Review
