This facility doesn't even deserve a 1 rating. The Director's do not care about the welfare of the residents. In turn, the staff doesn't either. Having a recurring bed sore or a Urinary Tract Infection is normal here. Many residents have declining health due to dehydration and simply not being fed properly. Some residents are in need of physical and or occupational therapy, yet they don't receive it. Some of the nurses physically handle the patients in a rough manner. Also, the nurses rarely even look in on the patients to see if they are choking or in need of assistance. If you are genuine in your love for your loved one and you want them to be alive as long as possible. DONT TAKE THEM TO BAY CREST CARE CENTER!
