Dear Kindred:
During my extended stay at the Santa Cruz Kindred Facility earlier this year, I was greatly impressed with the sysem in place at the facility and was even more impressed with all the staffers. Every department was very organized, attentive to my needs, and most importantly, extremely caring to me during my difficult recovery.
Members of the Office staff were amazing in the way they efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork and administrative items that needed to be addressed.
The fantastic Nursing staff was available at all times to promptly address any of my needs and always professionally dealt with any of my health issues. They are very dear to me.
Your Dietician is to be admired for responsibly planning all the meals. It takes a tremendous amount of effort to prepare three balanced and timely meals on a daily basis for every patient, and the Kitchen staff always did a wonderful job. I appreciate and thank all of the Cleaning and Maintenance staff for keeping the facility spotless and well run.
In respect to the Therapy department, I want to express my gratitude for their intelligence, kindness, and constant hard work in assisting me during my rehabilitation. It was amazing how all the individuals at the Therapy department worked closely together to speed up my recovery process. I sincerely appreciate their hard work and they deserve many thanks and recognition for such hard work.
In addition, I want to give a special appreciation to Dr. Pooya for her kindness and professional treatmnet given to me whenever she checked up on my condition.
Please accept my thanks and heartfelt gratitude to all the employees from every single department at Kindred for their tireless work ethic and especially for their constant kindness and caring given to me during my entire stay at the facility. Their kindness will never be forgotten.
