Review of Santa Cruz Post Acute

4 Star User Review

First of all, I highly recommend this young lady, Jasmine. She is very efficient, very good and thoughtful. She should go back to school so she can get a promotion. She works very hard.

If you ask for a review from me, I will definitely tell you what I think. The hallways are very bright and noisy, that is why I always ask them to pull the curtains or close the door. You know, the patient’s convenience and getting a good rest is very important, so if possible, I would recommend closing the doors.

I recommend the maintenance staff highly. They attended to me very quickly and graciously with even very little things. They are wonderful.

I recommend the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. The housekeeping keeps the place very clean, and good smelling.

Also, Diana is a particularly caring nurse and highly recommendable, and also of course those nurses who deliver the meds. I just couldn’t remember all of their names.

And I would certainly add that I would recommend Kindred to my doctor (which I did) since that Frederick Street (RCU) is closing especially the rehab department. Linda is an excellent OT when you get used to her.
