Outside the Entertainment lead and a few admins, the facility is not worth sending your family for care. They have high management turnover (directors 5 in less than 2 years), and staff seems underpaid and under appreciated. We pulled out our parent after lack of care resulted in safety concerns. The fee increases are aggressive and continuous. The nursing staff was unable to complete typical care when we had them reviewed by outside consultants. Be aware, there are better alternatives, and prices will change dramatically with fee rental increases. I would be happy to provide more details and pictures, but feel strongly there are better alternatives.
