DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES AT CARMEL MOUNTAIN. Horrible place the streets are safer. Patients left in wheel chairs with towels tied around their heads in hall ways. Not safe. No kindness. Bad idea!

Wow…I've worked at Carmel Mountain for a few months now. I have never seen anything but great care, and I have never seen towels wrapped around residents heads. Carmel Mountain is a 4 star facility for a reason. I may be bias because I work there, but I work there for a reason - its a beautiful building and the staff are amazing. All I can say is come visit before before listening to comments like this negative.
