Staff are very cheerful and attentive to my questions. Haven't met the DON yet, but plan to have a lenghty discussion with her. Administrator is always roaming the facility observing staff, residents and visitors. As a MediCal certified facility I have noticed that it is very clean, well staffed with about 8 or 9 residents to 1 staff (industry average), provides exceptional service for my mother-in-law, and the staff are indeed caring.
It is not like other facilities I visited and compared. I was impressed the day I was given a tour and every day I visit. Keep up the compassionate care. You are ahead of your competitors.
