If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband's elderly uncle has done nothing but go down hill in this facility. It is noisy, chaotic and can't seem to follow a schedule for PT. We have spoken with several of the staff on several different… Full Review

Great nursing home. I loved my time with therapy and with the nursing staff. Food was ok, but I guess that's to be expected. They all really tried to meet my food needs, but I'm picky. I would recommend Canyonwood for anyone wanting great care… Full Review
