If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband's elderly uncle has done nothing but go down hill in this facility. It is noisy, chaotic and can't seem to follow a schedule for PT. We have spoken with several of the staff on several different occasions and every time we ask about care, either for diet or PT or wound care. One person says one thing, and another says something else. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE~!
