My grandma was here and I would never recommend this place to anyone needing to place their loved one somewhere! She had horrible bed sores that no one informed me of. I was informed of them by a nurse at the nearby hospital. Her clothes were constantly bein lost, and took forever to find. Some were never found, that's when I was instructed to replace them and I would b reimbursed for the cost. Here I am, half a yr later, still without the reimbursement. And forget tryin to get answers from anybody because half of the time, they don't answer their phones. And when you leave a voicemail asking for a call back, don't hold ur breath! The only things good about this place were two of her nurses who actually seemed to care. Unfortunately, they were only her nurses for a short period of time because she was moved to another room which was out of their station. So, again, I definitely would not recommend this place!
