The admissions staff here is completely horrible on every level. They led my family and me on for 2 1/2 months under the assumption that we could have my mother admitted to this facility literally within days. Their communication skills are deficient at best and malicious at worst. In hindsight, it's my belief that they falsely raised our hopes that admission was eminent while they went through different progressions of securing the greatest amount of reimbursement either through my mother's health care plan or Medi-Cal. Once it became clear that my mother was not a low risk admit, they tried to backtrack through their story, cover their rear-ends, and then flat out denied us. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with what should have been a professional organization. What makes it worse, was that while they pandered and or couldn’t get their s#$% together, my mom was and is in real need of better care. Shame of this staff for not being more forthcoming, or, in the best case scenario, at least being decent at their jobs. I would highly recommend NOT wasting a second speaking with these people.

I couldnt disagree with you more….this entire staff..from every level…janitor to the RT's (I have little to say of the doctors who come once a week) have been nothing but angels to me and my mother who is currently a patient there. Last year was a nightmare for my my mother and family…and after the storm, she ended up here…and I thank the Universe every single day for it. These people have made me comfortable for the first time in a year….I feel good knowing she is in their hands….I am GRATEFUL she is in their hands. Windsor Rosewood hands down has the BEST RT's IN Northern California. Not just their skill, but their HEART and SOUL. They feel like family and I appreciate their presence in our lives during this trying time in my family's life.
