My mother was left in a wheel chair unrestrained for over 3 hours after her physical thereapy session. She fell asleep and fell hitting her head. She was making good progress after a stroke, but the physical therapist claim it was not their responsibility to put her back in bed and the cna's claimed it was quitting time and the responsibility was for the incoming shift. Never called family! I found her 5 days later with the biggist black eye! Her health has been down hill ever since. Unskilled staff. The place is not fit even to care for animals. Do your love ones a favor and stay away from this place.

I remember when that happen and u are so right about the staff when it comes to time and shift change they dont care. I have complained over and over the problems lies with admission department
