Terrible Facility with absolutely no bedside manners from any of the staff. Dirty, smelling of urine in every room. Nursing staff very rude to patients and family members alike. would never refer or place a family member here again.

I'm sorry for your experience but my mother was there for a couple of months after she got discharged from the hospital. This building is old but i see some new floors, new paint and on-going improvements. All I can say is, the staff is very helpful, friendly, has terrific bedside manners (even those not assigned to my mom has been more than willing to assist us!). I live five minutes away, down the road so I'm always there. There is a time when my mom gets changed and you can smell urine. But of course! That must have been my mom's urine you smelled?? Why do you say every room smells like urine, do you go inside other people's room? Are you allowed to do that? I would highly recommended this place to family who wants the best care for your love ones.
