Out of three nursing homes my father has been in, Centinella Grand is by far the best out of three. The staff is very caring, dedicated and very professional. They take exceptional care of my father who is a resident for over two years. … Full Review

Terrible Facility with absolutely no bedside manners from any of the staff. Dirty, smelling of urine in every room. Nursing staff very rude to patients and family members alike. would never refer or place a family member here again.… Full Review
