My father was in there for less than a week. Left arm broken in 3 places, left facial bones broken and nose broken. Diabetic and renal patient. Gave wrong diet. No one came for an hour and 45 minutes to give him a bedpan. When I was there the CNA was great but in the over 2 hours I was there I never saw an RN or LVN making rounds. Did see one OT to see to getting an CNA for bedpan. This service is inadequate. I am an RN in physical rehab and have never seen neglect since the 1970's. I am tempted to call the state for neglect. Wonder how JAHCO will like you
