I Had to go into this facility for IV antibiotics for 10 days. I left just after 3 days. First of all, the lobby is a smokescreen. It looks very nice, clean and updated. But that all ends when you get to the rooms. Where shall I start. The rooms look like they haven't been updated, painted or had a thorough cleaning since the 80's. Every light fixture was filled with dead insects. That is gross when your lying in bed and looking up at dead bugs. I was bitten 3 times, while in bed! I called for the nurse and explained and showed her the bites, By then my ankle was swollen. The bathroom, oh my, the bathroom. The vanity counter was broken up. Even the sink was broken in places. Little insects were flying out of hole in sink. The toilet was old and dingy. And by the way, I had a infection which was why I needed the antibiotics.
The food. You get no choice. It is made so unhealthy. You don't get a choice of putting butter on your food, it is swimming in it. When I asked if they could put it on the side or without, the dietician said " we have over 100 patients, we can't give them choices." No salads, fresh vegetables, chicken, or fish. On another note, most of the nurses were very nice.
