This is a decent place (clean, base care, nutrition, and physical therapy). However the response to patient needs and requests is non-existence. Whenever a patient asks a question or seeks information, staff stonewall, say "it's going to happen" never giving timelines or explicit information. Going to the front desk and asking for help means that no one will look at you or even respond to you. Patient was in facility for 18 days never seeing the assigned doctor. Administration pretty much intimidated this patient that if they signed out against medial advice the center would call Medicare and the patient would be charged out of pocket (really?) and the center would call and report elder abuse just so the patient would remain at the center. Unbelievably, when the doctor showed up it was determined that the center never notified him that she was a patient. Stay away at all cost. No customer service, staff are overworked and administration focuses on threatening attitudes instead of patient needs. I am so sorry I recommended this center.
