My name is James Grover on may 17 2011 i had a total hip replacement performed at ucla santa monica on may 20 2011 i was sent to norwalk meadows . Under the impression that it was a quality facility. It was not at the time i arrived the staff was not helpfull at all i was brought to a room . and at that time was not asked one question about my pain level or my condition . I was told by a staff member to get out of my wheelchair and into my bed at that time i attempted to get into the bed the top bed rail i was using for support broke and i fell to the floor no staff had asked me if i was ok they are very inconsiderate they are only there for the money at the time of my arrival 6 pm roughly i witnessed a lady sitting by the front door and drooling at 3 am i was taken down the hall by a staff member. And the women was sitting in the same spot she was 8 hrs earlier i will never recomend this home to no one not even an enemy they are not good i have spoke to a lawyer about my incident.
