This facility is not at all what my family expected. My dad is here for short term physical rehab and we are trying to have him moved because we do not feel it is sanitary or safe for him to be here. I have had to notify staff of blood and urine on the floors repeatedly and by the time they got around to it, it was dried up. The actual physical therapy he receives has been good, but the facility itself, and most of the care nurses are what makes this place not even worthy of one star.
