This facility does not provide the agreed upon care. The doctors are very unprofessional and the staff spends more time conversing in personal conversations then answering calls from patients or family members trying to requrst information. Stay away from this hospital if at all possible. Our family member declined daily under their care.

It is true, my Mom is in Friendship manor and says she prefers Paradise Valley manor because the nurses are friendlier and pay more attention to her when she does not feel good or needs something. Eventhough Friendship is a nicer place it does not have the good nurses as Paradise Valley. I hope it gets better and the Administrators do something about this, becuase patiends need kind and professional staff.
