Piner's Nursing Home is not a Nursing Center I would take any of my family to. They have poor nursing, the meals are poorly cooked, the faicility is poorly maintained.
The facility is small, cramped and not friendly. They treat their staff in away that makes an employee not feel good about themself. The management is
about themselves.
