I am not really happy with this facility for my brother. Most of the people dont speak good enough english to be able to fully understand them. It takes alot of time and questions to get information.Most of the time they dont even know why my brother was transfered to Temple Hospital. Or the information they gave me was incorrect………I dont have the help I need for him !!!!!! Its so sad !!!!!! The social worker doesnt have a computer nor ever returns your calls………Forget medical records cant get any place with those people either !!!!!!!!!!
