i was transferred from beverly hospital to rio hondo rehab center, 06-03-11, my file was not sent to them or they didn't read it. they didn't know that i'm diabetic, after i told them about my condition,they kept bringing me regular food, i'm sure i wasn;t the only diabetic pacient, and their food menu is the same for all the pacients, there is not calorie count for the servings, also one mo rning they forgot to give me insulin, i wish someone could look into this situation and find who nis responsible.
