My brother and I could not have been happier with Country Villa Monrovia during our Mom Pat's difficult life transition. The care and attention she received was first-class, and always seemed to be done with a smile and much love. The staff is wonderful, she enjoyed the food and activities, they let us bring her dog to visit (which meant more to her than anything), and she felt so safe and comfortable.
And from our end, as we were so stressed and clueless about how these things "work", they made us feel relaxed and informed about everything - clear and direct about Medicare, about her meds, her health, and helped us with other long-term care options.
What can we say other than thank you?! You will always be remembered and appreciated by us, bless you all…
