Horrible nursing staff. They are full of attitude and careless. When I checked my mom in, I told a nurse "Eva" that she needed a particular medicine at 8:30pm, she said that was fine and not to worry about anything. At 8:30pm called to check if my mom had been given her medicine and I was told that the medicine hadn't come in from the pharmacy because the standard delivery is at 10pm! Then the nurse on the phone showed me attitude because I was upset that they were going to miss my mom's dose! I had the medicine with me at check-in, I could have easily left it for them to use at the appropriate time. I called at 10pm and they told me that my mom had been having pain in her chest so they gave her an emergency pill. The nurse "Eva" was not reprimanded in any way for causing my mom's near death!
