I am so happy that I found this nursing home. Alexandria came highly recommended from Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital. After visiting at least eight nursing homes, the choice was clear on where to place my mom. Alexandria is her new home. The staff is very caring and compassionate. They always follow up on all my requests and have very good communication with me about everything going on with my mom. The management team is very dedicated. They treat the patients like part of their family. I feel very secure that my mom is in good hands. I visit at all hours and no matter what time, there is always supervision and plenty of staff around. They have an awesome dining program that is like a fine restaurant that other nursing homes have. I even love ordering myself a lunch from them when I am there. They also have a preferred menu so my mom can choose what she wants to eat each day, the center also has free valet parking which makes it easy to pop in and out. Also, there is always something fun or festive going on.
