I have a mayor complaint occur 6/12/12 regarding the care that my mother received during her two weeks there. the lack of medical care and commubication with the nurses and doctors was the worst, due to this I lost my mother she was dehydrated from that place and no one was doing anything untill my family requested she be sent to the ER. we lost her a few days later. I placed a complaint to the staete, the Insurance and her medical group. I sure hopw they close thier doors.
