My sister is at Avalon Villa Care Center she has been there a week as of 2/27/13. She is a obese person. The staff brought her a regular bed size potty the first night she arrived. They promised to get her a larger one for her size. She would get stuck and it was very painful to try to squeez into that one and get up without falling. She was there because of walking problems. She also has M.S. 6 days later no potty to accomodate her. Tuesday she just started crying,crying and crying she needed to relieve herself so bad but was holding it because once again they had promised her the larger potty was coming this day. Lies lies lies and more lies. Wouldn't you think they had one or two there at a 138 bed facility? Her daughter came and found her mom in a painful crying and frantic upset state. After speaking with someone and complaining that person went and found a potty the size my sister could use. Dear God in Jesus name deal with the owner and staff at Avalon Villa Care Center. Bring Conviction and Judgement on owner and every worker that does not do their job with those that need their help.They do the job they are paid to do or they have no job. Close it down if need be Lord. No One should be treated poorly in a facility that is SUPPOSE to CARE.
