This place is horrible. This place is suppose to be about hospitality and respect. we dont get there here definitely. The company hired a new CEO and a CCO they did a very poorly job. They dont know what they are doing. They are on a budget crisis, and instead of giving the staff raises, keep in mind they havent got raises for almost 5 yrs. They spend money on floors and new upholstery. They dont listen to the residents, and the staff. They go by a he said she said. They never listen to what the staff members have to say. They say thing about the staff that they never did and they blame stuff on them even when they are not working. the residence there are not pleased with the new management. if i can give half a star i would but the residence there are wonderful.
