The customer service I recieved was absolutely terrible. The people I had to talk to were unbelievably rude, had no idea what they were talking about, and when I voiced my complaints they would hang up on me. I actually had to go down to their main office and request to see a manager. I've dealt with bad service before but this was unforgivable.
