Bixby Knolls Towers is the worst skilled nursing facility that I have ever witnessed.
The staff is second rate in every area. The food is poor quality. The rooms are dingy. Their so-called rehab staff lacks skill and talent and communicates poorly with the residents.
The staff lacks energy and enthusiasm. They dress poorly and are not bright and cheerful.
Patients are placed in poorly fitting wheel chairs. The staff does not spend adequate time assisting patients with their self care and ambulation.
It is the last place in the world where I would want my parent or myself.
