My husband has been a resident of LHCC for 8 months. He has Dementia, Congestive Heart Failure and has had several strokes. I find the staff attentive, kind and courtious and the facility clean. My husband's dietary needs and his abililty to eat on his own fluctuates and the staff has always accomodated his needs. His clothes are clean, he is clean. Since I am unable to care for him at home, I am comforted in knowing that he is well cared for. I visit every day, sometimes twice a day. Smoking is only permitted in an outside patio area that is designed specifically for the few patients that do smoke. I have never seen smoking near a resident with oxygen.
