We lost a loved one…… We had a loved one who was a resident of this facility. After she passed we had many questions regarding her care. When we requested her medical file from the facility we were horrified to locate medical records which had "PLUM TEST FACILITY" in the heading. Also, her medication orders and other important documents were signed by a mystery RN, as the RN is not affiliated nor works at Plum Healthcare or Rocky Point Care Center. Be careful as to whom you trust care for your loved ones.
