Alarms go off all the time for minutes.
Rear door alarm goes off for 20 minutes many times and staff ignores it.
What use are the alarms if everyone ignores them?
It is obvious the ones that set off the alarm to the rear door do not care. If they did the alarm would not go off for many minutes at a time.
Nurses and C&A's need to answer the call light in a more rapid manner.
15 to 20 minutes or more I feel is excessive.
