Review of Windsor Post-Acute Care Center of Hayward

Workers don't introduce themselves on initial encounter. Very nice people once they start talking. I asked the nurse to refill my water pitcher and she never returned. Place is too noise. No TV in room. No visitor's basket with hygiene items. No one offered to wipe by body. I couldn't do it my self. Other patients come in my room without my permission. Quanity of food not enough to feed a child. Food doesn't taste good.
