My mom was a resident and she had the best care from nursing staff that was hand on with her. At times it seemed very stressful for the cnas I would always see them running passed the door trying answer a lights or alarms while the head nurses would be sitting at the station. The A.D.O.N was very kind to us but very rude to the staff, always talking down to them. It seems very clicky with the LN at times it seem like if they were in high school. One of the supplies/staffing was very rude to other staff members she would yell at them from across the hall and also rude to residents. But besides though bad apples in the bunch I was pleased and so was my mother.
