I was surprised to read the first comment. However, my mother has resided at resident at Valle Vista for quite some time. The staff are very friendly and I can see they work very hard to accommodate all of the residents need. Staff has made me feel like their own family too. The facility is clean, no odor and my mom is very happy with their care and service. I am very thankful for Valle Vista, I feel very at ease knowing my love one are in good hands.
