Horrible. This place has some very wonderful and caring people but THERE IS NO COHESIVE integration and communication among the staff. Ask any one from one department about the other and all you get are blank stares ….. get a phone call returned … GOOD LUCK.. not likely to happen. There are some some excellent people on the staff …. but it must be that the Management SUCKS!!!!!
I have seen Car washes run better than this place.
And believe me, I have experience with three other SNFs in this area
