So far, I have received contradictory information from every person I have spoken to in this facility. Every day we are given a different story about what goes on there and what will happen. At this point I have completely lost trust in the process and feel I am getting no real answers or guidance. The nursing assistants that come to help with the hard work of care are great, compassionate and lovely, as are several of the nurses. The admin staff are vague, contradict each other greatly and seem over busy and unable to explain their processes well. I am quite frustrated with the place. The care seems adequate however. But it is pretty clear Medi-Cal patients are not too welcome.
