are not paying any attention to my grandma, they let her sit in her own soild undergarment after being asked to change her for over an hour, her room was like an ice box and she was freezing and not one of the staff would help her and when I asked for another blanket I got an attitude from the staff so this place is one of the worst places for care I have ever seen do not send anyone that you care about here.
